For ticket queries, refunds or changes
We cannot help with these. We do not sell or process tickets. Contact:
- If you booked on the official site: the Westminster Abbey ticket office via westminster-abbey.org
- If you booked through a reseller (e.g. GetYourGuide): log into your reseller account and use their support chat — they handle their own refunds
Response time
We reply to editorial emails within two working days, often the same day. Auto-replies are not used because we read everything personally.

We are a digital-only publication. We do not have a public street address. All correspondence is handled by email.
